The Experience Behind the Work
Experience you work with directly.
Steve Morey built his reputation over years of commercial work throughout the Lowcountry, with a close eye on quality, service and cost on every project.
Roughly 30 years in construction management, estimating and design. An unlimited commercial contracting license in South Carolina. And client relationships that carry from one project into the next.
That involvement often starts before construction does. Steve works with owners on finding property, evaluating sites and weighing one location against another, and handling the due diligence a project location needs. Through relationships with a number of developers, he can also put together build-to-suit projects for clients who need a space built around their business.
Outside of work: soccer, travel, woodworking, and time with his wife and four children.
